CUSTOMER DOSSIER · v2025.03

Operators running real revenue programs — SaaS, DTC, and agency teams shipping millions of sends a month on ListManage9.

Three short case studies below, plus a wall of 3,200+ brands. Every number is pulled from a named customer's environment, audited against Validity benchmarks, and tied to a single operational outcome: more mail landing in the primary tab, less list decay bleeding pipeline.

CASE STUDIES · 3 SELECTED

Three operators. One number each. Thirty seconds of proof.

  1. SAAS Replo San Francisco · 11 → 47 markets
    94.2% 99.1% inbox placement in 6 weeks

Replo rebuilt sender reputation after a 2024 bulk-sender flag.

Replo's lifecycle team had been routing through a legacy ESP with no role-address filtering and a one-shot list-clean job that ran quarterly. After Gmail's February 2024 bulk-sender rules took effect, primary-tab placement dropped into the 80s across their top three sending domains. ListManage9 was deployed in 11 days: real-time role, disposable, and complaint-history suppression; co-located sending from IPs warm to Gmail and Microsoft; and a published Sender Reputation API that the lifecycle team wired into their deploy gates. By week six, audited placement on 41,283 managed campaigns measured 99.1% to Gmail primary and 98.4% to Microsoft primary. Re-engagement campaigns that had been suppressed for six months resumed the following quarter.

  2. DTC Glamnetic Los Angeles · 1.4M subscribers
    $11.40 $3.10 list-decay cost per 1,000 sends

Glamnetic cut list-decay cost 73% in one quarter.

Glamnetic was sending 6.4M messages a month against a 1.4M-subscriber list that had grown through eight fragmented signup sources (popup, quiz, post-purchase, SMS-to-email, two affiliate partners, a TikTok lead form, and a manual CSV import from their wholesale channel). Decay was invisible because every source fed the same master list. ListManage9 ingested all eight streams, attached a per-source decay score, and suppressed hard bounces, role addresses, and known complainer histories before the list ever crossed the send boundary. Revenue-attributed email recovered $382,400 in Q4 2024 against a $214,200 platform cost — a 1.78× return measured against Glamnetic's blended Shopify attribution window.

  3. AGENCY Trendline Austin · 23 client programs
    62% 91% of clients above 90% placement

Trendline moved 17 of 23 client programs above the 90% placement line in 90 days.

Trendline runs lifecycle and broadcast email for 23 mid-market DTC and B2B clients on shared sending infrastructure. Three of those clients had been below 80% primary placement on Gmail for more than six months before ListManage9 was deployed; two had been de-listed by their previous ESP for repeated spam-trap hits. ListManage9's segmentation engine was scoped per-client with a per-IP reputation ceiling, and the public Inbox Placement Scorecard was wired into Trendline's weekly client status deck. By the end of Q1 2025, 21 of 23 client programs were measuring above 90% to Gmail primary; the remaining two were on remediation plans with documented timelines.

OPERATOR PERSPECTIVE · NAMED VOICE

"We were losing a quarter of every campaign to addresses that should never have received a send in the first place — role mailboxes, throwaway inbox providers, complainer histories from a CRM import two leadership changes ago. ListManage9 surfaced all of it in the first week, not as a CSV we'd need to interpret, but as suppression rules that just took effect on the next deploy. The Gmail and Yahoo rule changes in February 2024 were the test; we passed on day one because the work had already been done upstream."
